Stush offers order cancellation within 24 hours of ordering, to avoid delays in shipping. Cancellations will receive store credit for the original purchase amount.

IN AN ATTEMPT TO PROTECT OUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS TO PREVENT THE POTENTIAL EXPOSURE AND SPREAD OF COVID-19. We allow returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receipt only on items in original condition. Any item(s) with signs of wear or smell will be returned to the buyer and no credit will be given. This does not include FINAL SALES items such as SWIMSUITS, BODYSUITS(or any sets including bodysuit), WHITE Clothing, and some sale items, etc items will be marked on listing as final sale. All sales are final, NO REFUNDS.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless it is due to a mistake on our end. Shipping fees are not eligible for refund. 

Returns should be shipped out no later than 7 days following the receipt of the item by the customer.
